ah sweet sweet sunshine.

wow, what a beautiful day out there today!  worked in the garden and caught me a few freckles, feels good!   even the garden is rewarding the beautiful sun with an early colour show.  :u)  it's amazing how good digging in the dirt feels!

thank you sweet sun!

spring has sprung

oh it's been a long cold winter...but finally i see ground, ground!!!  everything is just starting to yawn and stretch and peep there little heads up.  it's still gray and mucky but there are little signs of things to come..

the front yard where the voles have been busy.

but a little life is showing it's pretty green little heads.

there's still snow to go.

our babbling brook/drain.

eeeee our ditch daffodils making their appearance.

our wonderful rhubarb coming up.  i can't wait for the first rhubarb strawberry crisp of the season.

our family of robin's are back..

our beautiful old sadie girl.

everyday when i walk around my yard, something new is making an appearance.  it's an unbelievable feeling when the ground awakens and starts to grow.  happy spring everybody!

until next time

i did it, i survived!!!  phew what a week.  i'd like to thank everyone for making this go as smoothly as it possibly could.  i met the best people a girl could ask for and made connections that i'm sure will see me throughout my life.  what a great strong community muskoka artists are.  mwah.  and the best part... people are starting to send me photos of their new gnomes in their new homes.  oh love.   please if you have one of my gnomes i would love to see them in their new home, spreading the love.

now i'm off to make more little gnomes and to start preparing my little home studio for a busy summer season ahead.  again, thank you.
